Tiffany Wilson

Tiffany Wilson was born in the rich musical landscape of Memphis, Tennessee. Nurtured in the church choir, Wilson was drawn to gospel- rooted legends such as Bobby Womack, Aretha Franklin, and Whitney Houston.

Wilson later relocated to Washington State and began her musical journey as a member of “SOUL,” a gospel group signed to Hendrix Records, a Seattle-based label. While a member of SOUL, Wilson’s spark for songwriting was ignited and has burned brightly since.

Wilson’s passion for performing took her around the U.S. and across international waters, but she eventually settled in sunny California, where her mad songwriting skills were quickly recognized by LA-based Chrysalis Music Group, who signed her as a songwriter.

Never losing sight of her desire to sing her own songs, in 2009, Wilson completed her first indie solo project branded “Music Therapy,” with an array of amazing producers listed in the credits. Music Therapy showcased Wilson’s voice, which projects a vintage R&B/Gospel/Soul quality of control and depth. Her wide range and warm tone allow her to work with a variety of musical styles. Wilson is forbidden to be placed in a box.

Wilson released her Sophomore album in July 2016, entitled #SEESHARP, a FutroFunk collaboration with Seattle-based indie label WeCoast Records. With this project, Wilson’s plan is to use her pen, voice and outlook to shed some light and love on what’s taking place in our shared world.

“The subconscious is too powerful to leave unprotected” says Wilson so she chooses to make music that is honest and most importantly…rooted in genuine L.O.V.E
